Port Melbourne Villa is a proper family house, not an apartment block — two floors, four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across 185 m², with flagstone floors that stay cool in August and a stone fireplace for the shoulder seasons. The whole place is yours: kitchen, garden, terrace, balcony, parking spot and all.
Nea Kallikratia is the first seaside town as you arrive in Halkidiki — a real working town with bakeries, tavernas and a long Blue Flag beach, 40 minutes from Thessaloniki airport. Everything worth walking to is four to ten minutes away, and we've marked our favourites on the map below.

Between 15:00 and 18:00 — tell us roughly when you'll arrive and we'll be there with the keys.
